Journey Tour Canceled Amid Legal Battle
Bands Credit Card Drama
Journey has canceled their upcoming UK and Ireland tour, citing "circumstances beyond the band's control." The announcement comes amid a legal battle between guitarist Neal Schon and keyboardist Jonathan Cain.
Cain's Lawsuit
According to Bloomberg Law, Cain filed a lawsuit against Schon alleging that he had fraudulently used the band's corporate credit card to max out its $1 million limit. The lawsuit also claims that Schon's expenses related to the tour were excessive.
Cain has previously filed a similar lawsuit in 2022, alleging that Schon had maxed out the band's American credit card.
Court Case
The legal battle between Schon and Cain is ongoing, and it is unclear how it will affect Journey's future plans.
